Finished your 5k training and don’t know what to do next? Well, a 10k of course! Some of our clinic participants choose to sign up for another clinic in order to train with a group for the next race. We have a few people at each one who run 3-5 miles at a time, and usually there’s a coach with that group as well.
Alternatively, you can sign up for one on one coaching, which includes a customized training plan, unlimited email support, and one run per week with the coach (both day and evening slots available). Angie can train you for any distance from beyond the 5k all the way through a marathon. The cost for one on one coaching is $100 per month payable on the first of each month.
