Run your first half marathon this fall, and train with a group! How fun!

We will train for 20 weeks and then run the Towpath Half Marathon on October 7th, 2012.

You will be provided with a complete 3 or 4 day per week training plan, customized for this clinic. We will run as a group on SATURDAY mornings for the long run. Long runs will take place on the Towpath, or in the Metroparks in Strongsville, or at Hinckley Lake. Periodic optional weekday runs will also occur, in any of the above places, as well as Medina.
